At this time, we are only taking orders for customers in Canada.  If you would like to be notified once we start shipping internationally, please sign up here.

Orders

Most orders will ship within 5 business days.  A completely custom order that involves design work does not fall into this category.  Project timelines will be discussed during the planning of this type of project.

Shipping Costs

In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, The Crafty Huckleberry makes use of flat rate shipping, based on shipping weight, wherever we can.  If you have a tight deadline to receive your order, expedited shipping through Canada Post is available however pricing for this falls outside of the flat shipping rates.

All orders over $100 are free shipping, excluding expedited orders.

Below is our flat rate shipping fees and expected shipping times.  Once orders are shipped, the delivery time of all parcels is out of our control and we cannot guarantee dates provided.

Notifications

You will receive an order confirmation by email within an hour of placing your order.  If you have any questions about your delivery dates or would like to change shipping details, contact us as we’d be happy to help.

The Crafty Huckleberry will also send an email confirmation when your order has shipped along with tracking information.

Canceling Orders

We fully appreciate that mistakes happen and minds change.  Cancel your order before it ships by contacting us at designs@thecraftyhuckleberry.com and we will fully accommodate you.

Please note: custom orders that have already entered production and not yet shipped are not covered under the cancelation policy.  Orders that have already shipped, but not yet delivered, will be subject to a $15 shipping fee that will be deducted from your order refund.  If your order has already been delivered, no worries!  Refer to our Refunds & Returns section for more details.
